Yueh-Li's passion for dancing and her skill with administration lead her to start the Sapphire dances.  As time went on, she realized more focused lessons than just the Sapphire Sunday complementary was requested and needed.

She started the Monday night lessons.  First at the Senior faclities at SquareOne in Mississauga, then transferring to the 30-Up Club facilities in 2017.
